Registration Instructions

⭐ In principle, one ordinary author registration fee corresponds to one accepted paper.

⭐ If the same first author needs to register for other papers, please confirm with the conference secretariat in advance.

⭐ If on-site registration is open for the conference, the specific categories and requirements shall be subject to the subsequent notice from the conference secretariat.

⭐ Registration fees must be paid according to the payment method provided by the conference secretariat.

⭐ Participants should ensure that the registration information they submit is accurate and correct.

Author Registration Includes

1. Attending all technical sessions; 2. Paper publication and 15 minutes presentation; 3. Conference proceedings (electronic copy); 4. Conference materials (program book, name tag, certificate of presentation, souvenirs); 5. Coffee breaks, lunch, dinner during conference

Presenter Only Registration Includes

1. Attending all technical sessions; 2. 15 minutes presentation; 3. Conference proceedings (electronic copy); 4. Conference materials (program book, name tag, certificate of presentation, souvenirs); 5. Coffee breaks, lunch, dinner during conference

Listener Registration Includes

1. Attending all technical sessions; 2. Conference proceedings (electronic copy); 3. Conference materials (program book, name tag, certificate of attendance, souvenirs); 4. Coffee breaks, lunch, dinner during conference

Registration Regulations

1. Student discount is only available if the first author of the paper is a student. And please provide valid student proof.

2. If the full paper (Word double-column) is no less than 4 pages, and exceeds 5 pages (i.e., starting from page 6), each additional page will be charged 60 USD or 400 RMB.

3. Each paid registration covers only one paper; Additional paper price is only applicable to the same first author who already has a regular registration.

4. Onsite registration is applicable to presentation only (abstract submission) and delegates. If you would like to register onsite, you are required to give us a notice before March 19, 2027 for preparing you materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a registrant requests to cancel their registration and receive a refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
